This
3 CD set was created from live video footage recorded at the Infectious
Disease Management, Inpatient and Outpatient Care Meeting in March of
2003, in Philadelphia. In less than two months time, I managed to develop, test, duplicate and distribute 30,000 of each Video CD. After several weeks another 10,000 of each was ordered leaving a total of 120,000 CDs in the field. In |
| Each CD contains a video introduction and program overview by the meeting chairman, followed by one of three, one hour presentations, in both English and Spanish, and a Q&A session. Complete with over 400 synchronized image slides taken from the PowerPoint Presentations displayed on-screen during the meeting. | |

My project responsibilities included all graphic design, creation, layout and print production of inner and outer packaging and CD labels. Design and creation of custom graphical user interface and all interactive programming with features including a custom volume control, custom audio/video and print controls, custom mouse over animation, a context sensitive help menu, and web enabled hyperlinks. I also did all the video editing, Image capture, re-sizing, re-sampling and slide timings for video synchronized slide show in English, and Audio synchronized slide show in Spanish. This was a very successful project that I am proud to add to my portfolio. |

Disease Management 2004 Update - Video CD Set |
| The 2004 Update for
this project consisted of 4 CDs with a number of menu modifications,
updated video and new graphics. 40,000 CDs were produced
and distributed in May of 2004. |
